1. Orders and pricing

Prices shown on hindustangrains.com are retail (MRP-based) prices for individual delivery. Society group-order prices are set after the ordering window closes and the combined demand is confirmed with the supplier; the final price may be lower than the estimate shown while the window is open.

2. Payments

Individual orders are cash on delivery unless online payment is offered at checkout. Group orders require online prepayment; if the group order is cancelled, paid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address on the order. Society group orders are delivered to a single collection point inside the society; members collect their items using the order reference shared on their dashboard.

4. Returns and refunds

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the pack. Opened staple packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts used for fraudulent orders or chargebacks may be suspended.
